If you have a problem with your diesel injector, you can send it to us for testing or remanufacturing. To help you get your vehicle back on the road as soon as possible, we hold a large stock of diesel injectors for sale, and we are happy once payment has been processed to send out a remanufactured injector to you. You can then send us your old injector within 14 days.

For diesel injector reconditioning, we have nine diesel test benches, including Bosch and Hartridge types. Once we have rebuilt a diesel injector, a complete test is performed against manufacturer approved specification. We perform diesel injector cleaning with the industry’s leading products to ensure no further problems when you receive them back, but please talk to us about all procedures that we recommend to maintain warranty (manufacturers recommend replacing the “common rail” and the diesel tank).
